The Free plan is our front door, and it stays free. We make money when restaurants add focused products such as Loyalty, Delivery, Kiosk or POS. We never take a percentage of restaurant sales.
No. Dinify runs in the browser on the phones and tablets you already own. Guests use their own phones. Nothing proprietary, nothing to lease.
You just leave. No contract, no termination fee, and your data can come with you. We keep restaurants by being useful, not by clauses.
Yes, on every plan including Free. It answers menu questions, recommends dishes and takes orders in your guest's language. Because AI costs us real compute, it runs under fair-use limits: on the Free plan there's a daily cap on AI Waiter conversations per restaurant, which we may adjust over time. Everything else keeps working when a cap is reached. Details in our Terms.
