Both run your whole service. Pay as you go is a low C$15/mo base + 30¢ per order and also includes loyalty & gift cards — ideal while you're new, seasonal or scaling. Pro is a flat C$39/mo with no per-order fee — the predictable choice for steady operations that don't need the loyalty/gift-card add-ons. Want loyalty or gift cards on a flat bill, plus marketing and multi-location? That's Enterprise.
Never — we're not a marketplace and we don't take a cut of your revenue. Pay as you go is a flat 30¢ per order (not a %); Pro and Enterprise have no per-order fee at all. Card processing is Stripe's standard rate and settles straight into your own account.
Email & SMS marketing and the customer CRM carry real per-message cost and deliver the most value to established, higher-volume and multi-location groups — so we price them to value on a tailored Enterprise plan. Talk to us and we'll scope it to your group.
