Orders from any device
Take an order on a phone at the table, a tablet at the pass or a laptop at the counter. Split a bill any way a table asks for, take a partial payment, and attribute the sale to the server who made it.
Orders on any device, tickets on the line in real time, a live floor plan, payments into your own account, and an AI waiter working every table. One system, one login, one price per location.
Nothing here is an add-on that arrives later. It is one platform, so the order a guest places is the same order the kitchen cooks, the same line on the bill and the same row in your report.

Tickets arrive on the screen as they are placed, in the order they need to be cooked. Bump as items are plated, recall the last one, and 86 a dish so it disappears from every menu at once.
A floor plan that matches your real layout, showing who is seated, who is waiting on a bill and which table has been sitting too long. Reservations seat straight onto it.
Card payments run on Stripe and settle into the restaurant's own account. Guests can pay at the table from their phone or at the counter, with tipping handled either way.
Clock in and out, pool or assign tips, watch labour against sales as the day goes, and give each role exactly the access it should have and nothing more.
Z-report, tax lines, best sellers and labour, ready when you cash out instead of rebuilt at the end of the month for your accountant.
Built into the menu itself, not a separate app. It suggests dishes, answers questions about ingredients, allergens and dietary needs, holds the conversation in the guest's own language and puts the order in the cart. On the nights when the floor is short, it is the difference between a guest waiting and a guest ordering.
"We replaced three different apps with Dinify. Takeout flows straight to the kitchen, card payments land in our own account, and our weekend numbers finally add up at the end of the night."
"Scan-to-order cleared our lunch-rush queue. Guests order the second they sit down and the kitchen never loses a ticket. Loyalty points keep our regulars coming back for more momos."
There is no hardware order, no installer visit and no waiting for a shipping date. We do the setup with you.
Send a photo of the menu or a link to your site. It comes back built, and we go through prices, modifiers and photos together before a guest sees it.
Floor plan, table codes, printers, kitchen screens, taxes, hours, staff and permissions, matched to how your restaurant actually runs.
Someone who knows your setup is reachable through your first service. Your old system can sit on the shelf until you are sure.
From $99 a month per location, billed in CAD, month to month. You can take one focused product, such as the POS on its own, or run everything on Dinify Suite; we quote the exact figure for your restaurant. There is no commission on your sales and no per-order fee.
No. Dinify runs in the browser on the phones and tablets you already own, and guests use their own phones. If you want thermal tickets, it prints to standard receipt printers through a local print bridge, with no per-print fee.
Ordering and payment continue on the device and sync as soon as the connection returns. An outage slows the night down; it does not close the floor.
We build your menu with you, set up the floor plan, printers, taxes, hours and staff permissions, and stay reachable through your first live service. Most restaurants are taking real orders within the same week.
Yes. Every new restaurant starts on a 14-day trial of a paid plan, with no card required and nothing charged during it. It is the real platform rather than a cut-down version, and at the end you choose the plan you want to keep.
Plans are month to month, or yearly if you prefer to pay once for two months off the price. Your menu, sales history and customer list are yours and can be exported at any time. We would rather keep your business by being useful than by holding you to a term.
